The GOAL of NORTH HORIZON DRUG TESTING CENTER, Inc. is to provide accurate results and strictly comply with the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) as required by the Department Of Health (DOH), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), Land Transportation Office (LTO) and other government agencies to meet the highest standards set by them; thus, contributing to the success of the Republic Act. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
